I developed and implemented a new engine-component testing methodology to evaluate design performance during product development. The work supported engineering decisions through experimental validation.
02 / MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING
I worked with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to identify and resolve assembly quality issues. These collaborative improvements contributed to eliminating more than 100 defects and approximately $250,000 in cost savings.
03 / RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
I owned the development of prototype fixtures and engineering solutions from the initial problem definition through SolidWorks design, fabrication, assembly, and testing.
04 / MACHINING & STUDENT TRAINING
I operated shop equipment and trained more than 100 students on manual mills, lathes, Haas 3-axis CNC mills, and woodworking equipment. Working 10–15 hours per week, I mentored students in equipment setup, machining techniques, manufacturing processes, and safe machine operation.
